Carnival Cruise Ships

Initially the innovative vision of a Florida cruise mogul, Carnival Cruise Lines was founded with the ideal in mind of changing the concept of vacation cruises for the entire industry. In 1972, with a one-ship fleet consisting of the Mardi Gras, Carnival was the first to attract popular appeal for ocean liner vacations. A vacation that was at the time costly, and frequented only by the wealthy elite.

Holland America Ships

Few cruise lines share the rich heritage held by the Holland America Line. Over a century ago steam powered ocean liners regularly set sail from Rotterdam in Holland, bringing passengers, mostly immigrants to cities in North America. Today ships bearing the Holland America name, christened with the same names as great cities of Holland, like Amsterdam, or Oosterdam, Holland America's flagship. Given that Holland America has been in the market for quite some time, onboard accommodations are geared towards the more experienced traveler, yet feature increasingly more contemporary accoutrements.

Today, with a fleet of nearly twenty ships with ports of call at critical ports of call around the world Carnival maintains its innovative image as the "Fun Ship". A concept that has been well duplicated by others, for its appeal with a younger, more active clientele. Carnival Cruise Lines offer cruise ships that are colorful, vibrant, with contemporary entertainment. The entertainment and activites aboard are packed with festivity, and excitement.
